Returns Policy

Amphis Lighting is pleased to offer an exchange, credit note, or refund within 30 days of your purchase if you change your mind, it does not meet your expectations, or you are not completely satisfied. Your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Some goods are exempt from being returned. These include, but are not limited to: globes, drivers, and items on sale. To complete your return, we require a receipt / invoice, or proof of purchase.


REFUNDS

For a full refund of the purchase price, please call us on 1300Lights and we will talk you through the process. Once your item is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you when your refund has been processed.

Where the item being returned meets the requirements set out in this policy, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund within 5 days of your return being approved, please contact Amphis Lighting on 1300Lights or accounts@amphis.com.au.

SALE ITEMS

Unfortunately Amphis Lighting is unable to offer refunds on sale items.

EXCHANGES

Amphis Lighting is happy to offer an exchange within 30 days of purchase if the colour is not right or you have seen something else you like. If you need to exchange your product, contact us on 1300Lights and we will organise it for you. Please note additional shipping charges may apply.

GIFT RETURNS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit note for the value of your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For items being shipped over $100, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
